SAIS : Compiled and Personalised Yearbook

Every year, schools like Singapore American International School (SAIS), has to produce a general yearbook for their students. For SAIS, the marketing department has to compile 4 different yearbooks for each level – Early Years, Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary, Middle School and High School. They have to plan more than 200 pages of content design and text and consider the best way to compile information and photos for 5,000 teaching and support staff and more than 35,000 students. It was a pretty laborious task and time-consuming.

p;log offered an online platform where SAIS could compile photos and texts using the templates and layouts available. With the ability to grant multiple access, they could get teachers to assist them in uploading and populating the photos straight onto the platform. This made the effort to put the yearbook together very minimal and they were able to oversee the project more efficiently.

The unique thing is that our yearbook managament solution also offered special dedicated pages for the graduates and parents. This means each graduating student could design, added text and pictures to their dedicated pages. With this option, SAIS received huge participation from family members who wanted to share their pride and penned down their well wishes to their graduating family member. As we met the timeline, the students were able to receive the yearbook on time and brought it back to their home country.
