Unlocking your yearbook potential with our webinar
17 December 2024

In recent years it was custom for the P;log team to head down to schools like Tanglin Trust School(TTS) to demonstrate how our customers could use our yearbook creation platform. However, this year we decided to level up our game. During our visit to TTS in October, we realised that many of the fundamental tips would be better shared over a live demonstration. Due to our growing engagement on Facebook we employed Facebook Live as our platform to flash our screen and quite literally create a yearbook together with our viewers.
In case you missed out during this demo, here are 3 highlights of our first ever Facebook Live “Basics of Yearbook Making”. For first time yearbook creators, this brief recap would be helpful in ensuring that you have a smooth creative experience!
1.Uploading Pictures
We showed you just how easy it is to upload pictures. With our user-friendly drag and drop AND copy and paste functions images can now be conveniently added into the editor. Plus, we have also expanded our accepted formats of images - you can now drag in PDFs! Other creative options include uploading QR codes for remote adding of images into your yearbook project.
2.Wallpaper/Background vs. Image

With our image box option this is made much easier. And background opacity can also be lowered to make sure that your pictures pop up with greater
3.Page Organization
A lesser known feature of our editing tool is the page organisation tab. Here you can add and delete pages in multiples of 4. And reorganisation of pages can also be conveniently done by clicking and dragging your pages accordingly.
Before adding your project to cart, ensure to check that it’s the latest version by confirming the date and time before you finalize your order. Double-check everything inside the project as well to ensure it’s perfect!
If this has helped you, check out our Facebook page for our next live where we will cover more advanced functions of the editing tool. Feel free to leave us a review on Facebook or send in any feedback via hello@plogyearbook.com so we can help create your yearbook with love
